Membership applications

If you send an application form to join ReNEUAL, we save that form and any other attachments you send us either until the application is rejected or until you leave ReNEUAL. Applications and other attachments are viewed by members of the ReNEUAL steering committee to decide on your application. By sending the information, you consent to this processing. It is based on Article 6, paragraph 1 lit. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

Your rights

You may request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or request restriction of processing in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 respectively of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

You may lodge a complaint with the supervising authority. The competent authority is the  Landesbeauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
